As a Programs Coordinator, you will help keep program operations organized, aligned, and on track by supporting the flow of information, decisions, and updates across teams. The role is well suited to someone who thrives in a structured project environment and enjoys bringing clarity, consistency, and momentum to complex program activity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program and project activities and follow up on action items.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and progress updates.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and program documentation.
• Support governance, reporting cycles, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Support scheduling, logistics, workshops, and program meetings.
• Track risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Ensure documentation is organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Support PMO, project controls, and program management activities.
• Prepare presentations and management updates as required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in PMC or project coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
• Background in PMC, construction, or real estate development.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Primavera P6.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale residential or infrastructure programs in KSA.
• Experience with Power BI and MS Project.
• Project management coursework.
• CAPM, PMP, or Power BI certification.
