JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PHINIA is looking for a “Management Trainee” to work at its plant in Izmir for the Direct Purchasing Department.

What we are looking for

• Graduating from the Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.

• Strong interest in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and Automotive Industry processes

• Knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis and supplier management is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic project environment

• Fluency in English

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Passionate to learn and eager to take initiative

• Team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

*The management trainee program is based on an 11-month fixed-term contract.
