職務内容

(1) Daily Supervision & Contractor CoordinationSupervise daily utility operations, delegate tasks to maintenance technicians, and closely coordinate with mechanical/electrical subcontractors on site. Enforce work permit systems and ensure efficient resource allocation.

(2) Engineering Support & Project ExecutionAssist in the field installation of new equipment and facility modifications (CAPEX/OPEX). Participate in cross-functional design reviews. Lead and execute Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR) for facility changes.

(3) Maintenance & Utility OperationsLead the execution of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for plant utilities in AMCJ (including PD and CTD equipment). Manage the troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical failures. Track and maintain critical spare parts inventory.

(4) Safety Leadership & Field HSEConduct on-site safety audits, enforce Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), and participate in process hazard analyses (HAZOP/LOPA). Actively report near misses and support the group manager in achieving site safety goals.

(5) Personnel Training & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for utility operations. Deliver technical training and OJT (On-the-Job Training) to operations technicians and team members to ensure robust operator qualification.

応募資格

(Mandatory)

•3-5 years of experience as a maintenance, utility, or project engineer in a chemical, semiconductor, or high-purity gas manufacturing facility.

• Strong track record of supervising third-party construction, mechanical, or electrical contractors during plant shutdowns.

• Experience in hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of chemical process equipment.

• Experience conducting OJT or technical mentoring for technicians and peers.

(Preferred)

•Experience working in a multinational corporate culture or interacting with overseas engineering teams/vendors.
