Wij zijn op zoek naar een Production Support Specialist bij Abbott Olst!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Production Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van kwaliteits- en compliance-aspecten. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van optimalisatieprojecten.Je ondersteunt en coacht productieteams bij kwaliteits- en compliancevraagstukken binnen toegewezen resultaatgebieden.

1. Documentation

- Uitvoeren van batch record reviews.

- Gekwalificeerde reviewer van productiedocumentatie en rapporten.

- Updaten van gecontroleerde documenten.

- Zorgdragen voor beschikbaarheid up to date documenten

2. Audits

- Inspection Readiness van productie afdeling

- Particperen in interne audits

3. Improvements

- Ondersteunen van verbeteringen, bijvoorbeeld door trenddata te verzamelen.

- Ondersteunen van change controls.

- Bijdragen aan projecten.

- Verminderen van klachten en non-conformiteiten via verbeterinitiatieven.

- Procesparameteroptimalisatie waar van toepassing.

4. CAPA Processes

- Leidend in Root Cause Investigations voor lage impact afwijkingen, non-conformiteiten en klachten.

- Ondersteuning bij middel- en hoogimpact afwijkingen.

- Leidend in productieonderzoeken naar klachten.

- Tijdige afhandeling en rapportage van afwijkingen.

- Opvolgen van CAPA's.

- Ondersteunen of oplossen van technische non-conformiteiten.

5. Training

- Trainingscoördinator voor de afdeling (indien van toepassing).

-Verantwoordelijk voor het kwalificatiesysteem van de afdeling.

- Verzorgt en onderhoudt trainingen binnen de afdeling.

- Initieert training en coaching van medewerkers

Wat breng je mee?

- Afgerond Bachelor degree in Technology, Pharmacy, etc

- Ervaring is een plus

- Vloeient Nederlands en Engels
