Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers on the assigned shift or production line.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet daily targets.

• Ensure adherence to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.

• Conduct start-of-shift meetings and provide work instructions to the team.

• Maintain accurate production and quality records; report key metrics.

• Train new employees and evaluate the performance of production staff.

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance or engineering teams when needed.

• Promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment (5S principles).

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a production setting.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control.

• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use basic measurement tools.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and production reporting software (e.g., ERP, MES).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 –$100,000, plus eligibility for 15% bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
