We are seeking motivated and safety-focused Production Operators to join our team in Allansford, near Warrnambool. This is an exciting opportunity to learn a unique manufacturing process while working in a supportive team environment with ongoing training and career development.
About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating and monitoring production processes to ensure the manufacture of high-quality products while meeting production, quality and safety standards.
This is a diverse and hands-on role where you'll gain exposure across the entire production process, from manufacturing through to packaging and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment and processes
- Monitor plant operations through SCADA/control room systems
- Conduct product sampling and quality testing
- Perform pH, conductivity and other process quality checks
- Complete production records and operational documentation
- Support packaging, dispatch and logistics activities
- Operate forklifts to move finished products and materials
- Perform cleaning and hygiene activities
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues
- Contribute to workplace safety and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive team-first attitude.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in manufacturing, production or process operations
- Food manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Forklift Licence
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Availability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends

Roster
This position operates on a 24/7 rotating roster:
- 12-hour shifts (6:30am-6:30pm / 6:30pm-6:30am)
- 3 days on / 3 days off
- 3 nights on / 3 nights off
- Weekend work included as part of the roster

This role is based in Allansford, VIC, located close to Warrnambool. Local candidates or those genuinely committed to relocating to the region are encouraged to apply.
