JOB FUNCTION

- Consultar el planning diario de producción (Formato Plan de Trabajo Diario General).

- Ajustar los productos en los tanques de homogeneización en base a las órdenes de laboratorio (Procedimiento bomba de ajustes, Procedimiento Adición de Líquidos a tanques, Procedimiento de llenado de contenedores, bidones y tambores por la instalación del líquido del M-3)

- Autorizar en el PLC la descarga de materias primas sólidas a granel y las líquidas (Autorización de carga de cisternas)

- Dar soporte a los operadores de planta y coordinador de programa, cuando sea necesario

- Extraer y preparar las muestras de los tanques de homogeneización para laboratorio (Instrucciones de toma de Muestras, Instrucciones de purgas).

- Manejo y control del panel sinóptico de válvulas

- Apertura y control de las válvulas de entrada a los tanques de homogeneización. Registro checklist estado válvulas (Procedimiento de manipulación de válvulas de stock).

- Uso de carretilla según necesidades

- Rearme de térmicos (Procedimiento desenergización líneas y equipos).

- Operación en manual con el sistema de automatización de sólidos (Procedimiento Emergencia de actuación en manual),

- Efectúa la resolución de problemas, reparaciones menores, mejoras  y mantenimiento preventivo en equipo de proceso, utilizando procesos y disciplinas apropiadas de acuerdo al Planning de mantenimiento básico en producción.

- Realiza el mantenimiento básico según formación del departamento de mantenimiento (Formación producción mantenimiento básico).

- Entrena a otros en las operaciones de la planta asegurando que el empleado es entrenado/formado en todas las tareas que implica el role, incluyendo los procedimientos que están relacionados.

- Formación de operadores de planta en las operaciones de mantenimiento básico.

- Cumplimiento de las expectativas individuales respecto a la calidad, medio ambiente, higiene y seguridad (Política de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad)

- Respuesta a crisis según lo establecido en el plan de emergencia (Plan de Emergencia).

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachillerato o ciclo formativo de grado medio y/o experiencia laboral acreditada de un año en tareas similares

- Conocimientos básicos en mantenimiento de primer nivel

- Curso básico de Riesgos laborales (50 horas)

- Formación sobre conducción de carretillas

- Carnet de conducir tipo B
