COMO OPERADOR DE PRODUCCION, USTED:
- Ejecutar las operaciones de ensamble de acuerdo con las instrucciones de trabajo establecidas.
- Mantener el ritmo de producción acorde a la meta del rate de producción
- Acatar a las indicaciones del supervisor de producción
- Procurar ejecutar los procesos bajo las normativas de seguridad y calidad establecidas
- Cumplir con la política y objetivos de Calidad y Seguridad de la compañía.
- Fabricar los productos de acuerdo con las instrucciones y estándares definidos para la estación de trabajo.
- Apoyar en la operación y el mantenimiento autónomo de los equipos y estaciones de trabajo conforme a los lineamientos TPM.
- Gestionar adecuadamente los residuos (Limpieza de equipos y Maquinaria, restos, etc)
- Mantener las 5s del área
- Tener disponibilidad de Horarios
- Trabajar de manera coordinada y en equipo
- Usar el EPP designado en todo momento
- Asistir a los entrenamientos indicados por su supervisor y apoyar a los nuevos empleados en el entrenamiento

Tienes habilidad para facilitar temas diversos y contribuir con el desarrollo de talento y construyes equipos efectivos, proactivamente buscas la mejora continua innovando procesos, tienes actitud de servicio – enfoque al cliente, analizas y consideras diferentes recursos para tomar decisiones con calidad enfocadas al cliente.
- EDUCACIÓN, EXPERIENCIA Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS: Secundaria terminada (preferentemente).Experiencia en procesos de manufactura deseable, pero no indispensable.Procesos básicos de manufactura.Seguridad industrial.Interpretación básica de instrucciones de trabajo.Control de calidad básico.Trabajo en equipo.Responsabilidad.Disciplina.Orientación a la calidad.Atención al detalle.Adaptabilidad.Enfoque en resultados.
