We're currently looking for a Chef de Partie who loves being right at the heart of the action to join our Night Production kitchen team. Our Night Chefs are an integral part of our award-winning production kitchen. They ensure that our world-class food halls and deli counters are stocked with mesmerizing products ready for our customers to take away and serve at home, each day.

About the Role

Leading your own section, you will organise production, maintain high standards, and ensure recipes are consistently followed and delivered to specification, on time, and to the exceptional quality expected at Harrods. You will work closely with Sous Chefs and the wider Production team, helping to create an efficient and supportive environment where colleagues can develop and thrive.

This role is fully on site, working 5 shifts out of 7 per week.

About You 

As this is a dedicated night shift role (9pm to 6am), you'll be someone who works well during overnight hours and enjoys the unique pace of a night-time operation. Having knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential, ideally with time spent in a high-volume production or commercial kitchen environment.

You will be confident leading your own section, maintaining exceptional standards under pressure, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the kitchen. A positive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for bakery craftsmanship will be key to your success.

You will bring:

• Strong technical skills, with experience producing high-quality products in a professional kitchen environment.
• The ability to lead a section confidently and organise workloads effectively.
• Experience coaching or supporting junior chefs and helping to maintain a positive team culture.
• A thorough understanding of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and compliance standards.
• A calm, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach in a high-volume production environment.
