Production Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of video productions, working closely with creative teams, directors, crew members, and external partners to ensure smooth workflows, efficient production logistics, and the timely, cost-effective delivery of projects in a fast-paced digital media environment.

Job Description 

• Organize and coordinate end-to-end shooting schedules, call sheets, locations, and equipment logistics
• Serve as the main point of contact between creative teams, directors, crew, and external talent
• Manage production budgets, vendor agreements, and post-production timelines
• Troubleshoot on-set challenges to ensure shoots run efficiently and stay on schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production, Media Production, Audiovisual Arts, Communications, or a related field
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficient with project management and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Fluent in Greek & English, both written and spoken
• High ethical standards fitting with the values of Antenna Group
