  • Review product-related marketing and sales enablement collateral for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved product positioning.

  • Support GHB Commercial Canada product enhancements, stakeholder coordination, readiness activities, and implementation follow-through.

  • Partner with the CignaLinks team to support product updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.

  • Lead MetLife and Zurich vendor governance forums, including agenda development, inquiry management, product enhancement tracking, and follow-up actions.

  • Support the contracts team with GHB product questions, template reviews, and benefit language updates.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional Cigna partners to deliver approved product enhancements, operational updates, and strategic initiatives.

  • Track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder actions through completion.

Vendor & External Partner Management

  • Serve as a primary product liaison for assigned vendor relationships supporting GHB solutions.

  • Monitor vendor activity against contractual commitments, operational expectations, service experience, and governance needs.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Support compliance reviews for assigned products, materials, product language, and operational processes.

  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Clinical, Regulatory, and business teams to support alignment with Cigna requirements and applicable market expectations.
