What you'll be doing

• Leverage your healthcare and/or life sciences domain expertise to quickly understand business needs, translate complex industry requirements into product capabilities, and help accelerate the delivery of value to customers and patients.
• Act as the key link between Product Management and Agile delivery teams, translating product vision, business priorities, and customer needs into clear and actionable user stories.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria are well defined and understood.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architects, subject matter experts, and other Product Owners to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support delivery planning.
• Participate in Program Increment planning, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, demonstrations, release activities, and other Agile processes.
• Support teams in delivering high-quality solutions by providing ongoing guidance, stakeholder feedback, and requirement clarification.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks and challenges, and help drive informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support release execution and the tracking of relevant delivery metrics while ensuring compliance with applicable development processes and procedures.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in the healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or other regulated industry environments, with the ability to quickly understand domain-specific business requirements and contribute effectively in a complex product development setting.
• 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment, translating business needs into technology requirements and contributing to product development.
• Proven experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and application lifecycle management tools.
• Good understanding of software development practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and the software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to understand complex business and technical challenges, prioritize competing demands, and support practical solution development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience with IT systems in clinical or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Fluent English language skills.
