Meet your future team

You will join the Sloped Roof Windows Category team at our Head Office in Hørsholm. The team plays a key role in shaping the future of one of the most important product categories within the VELUX Group, connecting customer needs, technology, innovation and commercial priorities.

Working closely with Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain and market stakeholders, you will help define where the portfolio should go next and what it will take to get there. Together, the team translates customer and market insights into product decisions that create value for customers and support the long-term success of the business.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

• Shape product roadmaps that connect category strategy with customer needs, technical possibilities and commercial ambitions

• Drive product lifecycle activities from early ideation and development through launch, optimisation and continuous improvement

• Partner closely with Product Development and Engineering to define product requirements, evaluate alternatives and shape future product solutions

• Build business cases and recommendations while creating alignment across functions and regions to support informed decisions and successful execution

You should expect some travel within Denmark and internationally to meet customers, installers, markets and development teams, and to understand how products perform in real-life applications.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Have at least five years of experience within Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, Innovation Management or a comparable technical role

• Hold a relevant technical degree within Engineering, Product Design, Architecture, Building Technology or a related discipline

• Have experience working with technical products across their lifecycle and understand how customer needs, technical realities and business priorities come together to create successful products

• Build strong relationships, communicate complex topics clearly and create momentum through collaboration, influence and ownership

Experience from building materials, construction, fenestration or durable consumer products is an advantage, but not a requirement. We are equally interested in the perspective, curiosity and transferable experience you can bring from another technical industry.
