About the Role

Elevate Now is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the acquisition and activation funnel for our digital health and pharmacy offerings. You will drive efficient, scalable user growth through data-driven experimentation, channel strategy, and conversion optimization across the journey from first touch to repeat purchase and monetization.

In e-pharmacy, growth depends on trust, compliance, and repeat behavior, not just clicks. We want someone who understands how patients discover medicines, upload prescriptions, reorder chronic therapies, and decide where to buy, and who can turn that understanding into measurable funnel gains.

Requirements

What You Will Do

• Own acquisition and activation metrics. Analyze conversion, CLV, repeat order rate, and churn to prioritize high-ROI growth bets.
• Design and run A/B tests across landing pages, app and web onboarding, prescription upload, cart and checkout, pricing and discounting, and subscription or refill flows to improve conversion and reduce friction.
• Optimize the first-order journey: search or catalog browse, Rx upload and validation, pharmacist verification, order placement, and delivery. Identify and fix drop-offs at every step.
• Build and scale growth loops, including SEO and SEM for medicine and condition-led demand, referral programs, refill reminders and chronic-care retention loops, and partnerships with clinics, diagnostics, insurers, and corporate wellness programs.
• Work with performance marketing and CRM teams on channel strategy, CAC efficiency, and lifecycle campaigns (WhatsApp, push, SMS, email).
• Instrument event tracking and build self-serve dashboards covering visit to signup, signup to first order, first to second order, and CAC payback.
• Translate insights into clear PRDs and ship iteratively with design, engineering, data, and pharmacy operations.
• Partner with compliance, pharmacy, and operations teams so growth experiments respect regulatory requirements around prescription medicines, promotions, and data privacy.
• Communicate experiment results, learnings, and next steps clearly to stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Must have

• 2 to 3 years in product or growth, with a track record of experiments that moved core funnel metrics in B2C or B2B2C settings.
• Hands-on experience at an e-pharmacy, online healthcare, or pharmacy marketplace platform (for example in acquisition, onboarding, ordering, or retention).
• Working SQL for cohort analysis, funnel deep-dives, event and query design, and experiment readouts.
• Comfort with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools, and strong spreadsheet skills.
• Hypothesis-driven thinking, sound prioritization, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with PLG and growth metrics such as CVR, CAC, LTV/CAC, payback period, and retention.

Good to have

• Experience with chronic medication refill, subscription, or adherence journeys.
• Understanding of prescription-driven demand, pharmacist workflows, and OTC versus Rx purchase behavior.
• Experience with SEO for health and pharmacy content, app store optimization, or marketplace and aggregator channels.
• Exposure to healthcare regulations and advertising norms for pharmacy in India.

Success Metrics

• Uplift in conversion at key steps: visit to signup, signup to activation (first Rx upload or first order), and trial or first order to repeat order.
• Lower CAC and shorter CAC payback.
• Improved LTV/CAC.
• Higher 30, 60, and 90-day repeat order rate and refill retention.
