In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Role Overview  

As a Product Manager (Deployment Strategist) you’ll own the successful delivery of Ai and software solutions for enterprise customers, turning ambitious AI initiatives into real, measurable outcomes. 
 
You’ll lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch, 
working closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines, 
and success metrics. You’ll ensure that each deployment is well-coordinated, executed 
on time, and set up to scale. 

 
This role is ideal for people who enjoy operating at the intersection of technology, 
execution, and customer collaboration, and who take pride in making complex 
projects land smoothly. 

 
What You’ll Do:

• Own and lead delivery of Product development for Africa Technology and AI delivery for customers 
• Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and 
onboardings 
• Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward  production launches 
• Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and  SLAs 
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery 
lifecycle 
• Monitor application performance in production and drive follow-up improvements 
• Identify and develop new use cases with customers to expand adoption and 
impact 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience in technical program/project/product management, delivery, consulting, 
financial services, or fast-growing startups 
• Strong product management, Agile and analysis skills   
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex projects moving 
forward 
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI-driven products 

• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex problems, options, and trade‑offs 

• Strong stakeholder facilitation and alignment skills across business, risk, and technology 

• Understanding of end‑to‑end systems and downstream impacts of change 

• Confidence balancing delivery speed with governance, quality, and risk considerations 

• Ability to drive convergence from multiple views into a single, executable plan 

• Ability to facilitate Design Thinking or Innovation Workshop sessions 

 
Nice to Have 

• Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience 
• Start-up mindset within corporate environment 
• Experience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations 

 

Qualifications:  

• A bachelor's degree / diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field 

•  Certifications in industry standard Product Management & Agile certifications would be advantageous 

• Project management certification
