As a Product Manager based in Aberdeen, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Managing supplier relationships across plumbing, heating and bathroom categories.

• Growing product ranges to increase sales and profitability.

• Driving margin through pricing, rebates and commercial initiatives.

• Launching new products and managing existing ranges.

• Supporting promotions, marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Maintaining commercial systems, data accuracy and reporting.

• Providing sales, margin and financial insights to support decision-making.

• Identifying market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities

• Collaborating across the business to deliver commercial success.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

• Commercial experience within a product, supplier or category management environment.

• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Advanced IT and Excel skills.

• A proactive, commercially focused mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and delivering results.

• Industry knowledge and understanding of the William Wilson business would be beneficial.
