Sobre esta vaga de Product Manager na Easygenerator
About Easygenerator
We’re a fast-growing EdTech scale-up on a mission to revolutionize learning through our award-winning authoring tool. Used by global companies like Kellogg’s, T-Mobile, and Siemens, Easygenerator helps organizations share knowledge fast, easily, and with impact.
We’re AI-first, using cutting-edge tools in both our products and internal workflows. You’ll gain hands-on AI experience and help shape how companies create, manage, and consume knowledge.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our EasyVideo team and shape the future of AI-powered video creation for workplace learning.
EasyVideo turns presentations, existing content, and ideas into professional training videos in minutes, with AI-powered creation, intuitive editing, localization, and interactive learning.
This isn’t a role where you manage a backlog or execute a handed-down roadmap. We want someone who takes ownership, understands customer problems deeply, challenges assumptions, and cares about great user experiences. AI is central to where EasyVideo is going, so you’ll actively experiment with AI tools and tell real product value from hype.
You’ll own a meaningful product area, working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other teams.
What you’ll do
Own a product area: drive initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration, and own the outcomes
Drive discovery: understand customers, their workflows, and unmet needs through research, data, and market insights
Shape direction: turn customer problems and strategy into clear priorities, hypotheses, and solutions
Build AI-powered experiences: find where AI simplifies workflows and creates real value, working with Engineering and Design
Deliver great UX: make smart scope and prioritization trade-offs to ship intuitive, high-quality solutions
Measure and improve: define success metrics and use insights to keep improving
Partner across the business: align with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and others
What we’re looking for
Must-have
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS (we’re open to exceptional candidates with less who show strong ownership)
Experience taking initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration, working closely with Engineering and Design
Strong product judgment: you frame problems, challenge assumptions, and make thoughtful trade-offs
Strong UX instincts and attention to detail
Analytical thinking: you combine customer insight, data, and business context
An ownership-driven mindset: you work independently and navigate ambiguity
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and a willingness to learn and seek feedback
Hands-on experience with AI tools and a pragmatic approach to applying AI to real customer problems
Nice to have
Experience with AI-powered products, creative tools, video editing, or content creation platforms
Experience with enterprise SaaS or complex, collaborative workflows
Familiarity with EdTech, learning and development, or workplace training
What we offer
A high-impact role at a fast-growing EdTech scale-up
The chance to build AI-first products shaping workplace learning
Real ownership, autonomy, and growth alongside experienced product leadership
A multicultural team across multiple countries
Room to grow as we scale
