Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product vision and ensure successful product delivery that meets customer and business needs. Product work includes both 0-1 initiatives and scaling existing products. You will be responsible for writing product plans, understanding market trends and customer preferences, reporting on key performance indicators, and product strategy. 

This position reports to the Head of Product for Japan. Product Managers, UX Designers, User Researchers, and Data Analysts are located in Japan. This role requires collaboration with international teams in locations such as Singapore, India, and Sri Lanka. Working hours are JST.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in customer-facing tech companies.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering consumer products that have achieved market success.

• Ability to write consistent and clear documents and presentations.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and other teams.

• Familiarity with KPIs relevant to the telecommunications industry, such as churn rate, NPS, and ARPU.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field. MBA is a plus.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.

Work Hours:

• Core hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM JST.

• Hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence in central Tokyo and remote work.
