Sobre esta vaga de Product Manager - AI Platform na Flexion Robotics
About Flexion:
At Flexion, we're building the intelligence layer powering the next generation of humanoid robots. Our mission is to accelerate the transition from fragile prototypes to real-world humanoid deployment. We are founded by leading scientists in robot reinforcement learning (ex-Nvidia, ex-ETH Zürich) and backed by leading international VC firms. Within a few months we’ve gone from our first line of code to deploying real humanoid capabilities with our partners.
The role
We are looking for an exceptional product thinker who cares about what is worth building, what customers truly need, and what the product should look like in a market where the playbook is still being written.
We build software, not robots. Our AI autonomy stack runs on humanoids designed and manufactured by others. Your role is to define the product layer around that intelligence: the capabilities robots need, the data and feedback loops required to improve them, and the interfaces customers need to deploy, operate, and understand them in the real world.
You will sit at the intersection of our AI research and engineering teams, our commercial teams, and the emerging market for deployed humanoid robots.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the AI platform, with a focus on the capabilities, data infrastructure, and interfaces required to deploy and improve intelligent robots in the real world.
- Develop a deep understanding of end-customer use cases across industries and identify common needs that should become reusable product capabilities.
- Define and prioritize the robot skills and capabilities Flexion should support based on their value and applicability across customer use cases.
- Define the data workflows required to train, evaluate, and continuously improve Flexion's models, including what data is needed, how it should be collected, and how responsibilities are shared across Flexion, partners, and customers.
- Define the interfaces required to operate Flexion-powered robots, including monitoring, observability, diagnostics, runtime controls, and task- or fleet-level views.
- Work closely with Research and AI Engineering to understand emerging capabilities and determine how they should translate into reusable product capabilities.
- Spend meaningful time with customers and end users, including on-site visits, to understand how robots are actually used and where the biggest product opportunities exist.
Requirements
- Product management experience with AI/ML products, robotics, data platforms, developer platforms, or other technically complex B2B products.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to identify common product needs across a diverse set of customer use cases.
- Strong technical foundation. You understand how models are trained, evaluated, deployed, and improved and can engage effectively with ML researchers and engineers.
- Experience defining user-facing interfaces for complex technical systems, such as monitoring, observability, analytics, workflow, or operational tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can articulate product decisions clearly, write crisp specifications, and align technical and commercial teams around a product direction.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where the product category itself is still taking shape.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Europe and beyond, up to 10%
Bonus
- Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or products deployed in physical environments.
- Experience with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or foundation models for robotics.
