As a Product Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of a portfolio of products, ensuring they deliver value to customers and support our growth ambitions. From product launches to lifecycle management, you will help translate market opportunities into business results while aligning with our overall category strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Define how to grow the product category
- Manage product (includes services, systems and solutions) portfolio and life cycle in line with the segment and category strategy (product launches, price setting, value pricing, margin optimization, cost optimization, make-or-buy decisions, vendor management, promotions, harmonization, rationalization,…)
- Build application and product knowledge and propose changes to the product portfolio
- Understand market trends, customer and stakeholder needs and capture the Voice Of the Customer, conduct competitor analysis
Track category performance (and recommend corrective actions
(promotion, activation)
ABOUT YOU
Technical degree with strong marketing accumen
High Experience in assessing customer needs
Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions industry
International experience and be culturally astute
High level of ownership, adaptability and a proactive mindset
Fluent in Spanish and English – Portuguese is a strong plus
