Sobre esta vaga de Product Designer, Marketing & GTM na Enigma
The Opportunity
We're hiring a mid-level Product Designer to be the creative partner behind Enigma's go-to-market efforts. Our identity is mid-refresh, so this isn't a role that only applies to our existing design system, you'll help systematize its evolution. You'll work directly with our marketing lead (a generalist across channels and strategy) to turn GTM ideas into campaigns, web pages, sales collateral, and social content.
What You’ll Do
- Shape GTM creative, don't just execute it. Partner on campaign concepts and go-to-market ideas, bringing your own point of view rather than filling in a pre-set brief.
- Systematize the brand system. Contribute to Enigma's brand organization including but not limited to maintaining asset libraries, deck templates, and brand guideline documents.
- Build and update the website. Design and ship pages directly in our custom CMS (deployed on Vercel), from layout to content to launch, alongside marketing and engineering.
- Create sales and marketing collateral. One-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and flexible slide systems the team can reuse for sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Own social and campaign content. Design LinkedIn carousels and campaign graphics, and cut short-form video (“cut-ups”) from longer source material.
- Design HubSpot campaign assets. Email templates and campaign landing pages that support lifecycle and demand-gen marketing.
- Prep imagery. Retouch and prepare hero and content images for web, social, and marketing channels.
- Use AI as part of the workflow. Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini etc. for ideation, copy support, team collaboration, and speeding up production, we want someone comfortable working this way, not resistant to it.
- Maintain consistency. Typography, color, imagery, and tone stay on-brand across every deliverable.
What Makes This Role Exciting?
- Real ownership: you're helping build the brand system, not just maintaining one that's already locked.
- A true creative partnership: you'll work directly with a marketing generalist founder who needs a creative mind to round out GTM strategy, not just a pair of hands.
- Variety and speed: brand, web, video, decks, email, and social, your work ships into real campaigns fast, with visible results that contribute to overall KPIs
Our Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years as a designer supporting marketing, GTM, or brand teams either in-house at a startup or in an agency setting.
- A creative point of view, not just production skill. Comfortable proposing ideas and pushing back on a brief, not only fulfilling it.
- Comfort building within a brand system while it's still in motion — our guidelines are actively developing, not fixed. You will be bringing structure: organizing, documenting, and systematizing as it takes shape.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Experience designing HubSpot campaign assets (email, landing pages).
- Comfortable building and editing pages in a custom CMS; familiarity with Vercel-hosted sites is a plus.
- Skilled at building slide systems/templates in Figma, Keynote, or PowerPoint/Google Slides that others can use and extend.
- Comfortable editing short-form video (cut-downs, captions, simple motion/text treatments) using Premiere, CapCut, or After Effects.
- Familiarity with using Claude or similar AI tools as part of a creative workflow.
- Experience designing for a B2B, data, fintech, or enterprise brand is a plus.
- Self-directed, responsive, and comfortable with quick-turnaround requests and shifting priorities.
- Based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA and able to work in-office. This is an in-person role — being on-site is how we move fast and stay closely aligned.
Bonus Points If You
- Have led or significantly contributed to a brand system/rebrand at a growing company.
- Have basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Have experience making complex data feel simple and visual, relevant to Enigma's data-driven product.
- Have written or edited marketing copy alongside design work.
