Responsible for supervise the material and product store receiving /issuing/shipping daily activities within corporate policies, so as to maintain the inventory accuracy & provide proper storage condition, also assist the EHS for hazardous & wasters storage management and dispose

Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise all incoming material based on P/O’ quantity, description and characteristic. Locate material to appropriate storage area.
• Arrange the daily outgoing shipments based on company requirement, conduct with brokers to deliver cargoes timeliness for customs declaration.
• Provide and maintain storage condition per material Spec & identify the storage area for usable & non-usable, isolate the MRB area. Control the store daily in-out activities and maintain the security system effectiveness.
• Maintain the inventory accuracy for receiving/issuing of raw material, AU and FG inventory. Monitor the material shelf-life, and submit for IQC re-certification Cycle count performed per Spec requirement
• Supervise the P/O receiving & issuing on SAP/PROMIS system is accurate. Delivery notes created and issued on SAP system for FG are done correctly.
• manage the storage of hazardous and worthy waster materials for safety requirement. Assist the EHS to dispose the wasters to the licensed contractors and

What you will bring along:

• 5-7+ years in semiconductor in Logistic ,MRP functions
• Familiarity with inventory  tracking & SAP system
• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Good commend in English
