In Ihrer Rolle als Procurement Specialist (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien für die Materialgruppen Halbzeuge und Fittinge im Bereich Kunststoff/Metall, sowie bedeutende und kostenintensive Gewerke für das Projektgeschäft.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Strategische Beschaffung & Vertragsmanagement
  Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Beschaffungsprozesses für definierte Materialgruppen inkl. Verhandlung und Betreuung langfristiger Lieferverträge.
• Lieferantenmanagement
  Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten; Durchführung von Audits und jährlichen Bewertungen; Pflege von Lieferantendaten in SAP/ARIBA.
• Markt- & Kostenanalyse
  Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends; Ableitung von Einkaufsstrategien; Identifikation und Umsetzung von Einsparpotenzialen.
• Lieferkettenoptimierung
  Analyse und Verbesserung der Supply Chain hinsichtlich Effizienz und Risikominimierung; enge Abstimmung mit operativem Einkauf und Produktion.
• Problemlösung & Eskalationsmanagement
  Bearbeitung von Lieferengpässen und Qualitätsreklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung, operativem Einkauf und Technik.
• Projektarbeit & internationale Zusammenarbeit
  Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten; Unterstützung globaler Einkaufsstrategien; enge Kooperation mit dem Werk in China.

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, bevorzugt zum Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d)
• Eine für diese Rolle entsprechende Berufserfahrung im internationalen, strategischen Einkauf im Bereich Maschinen-/Anlagenbau
• Gutes technisches Verständnis
• Sehr gute, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungsgeschick, Überzeugungskraft, Durchsetzungsvermögen, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Kostenbewusstsein
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen ins In- und Ausland (maximal 10%)
