Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes to support production, quality, and safety goals.
- Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations.
- Investigate process issues, identify root causes, and help implement effective corrective actions.
- Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process-related challenges.
- Support new product launches, process transfers, equipment installations, and engineering trials.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and process parameters.
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent manufacturing experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in a technical, maintenance, process, or production support role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving root causes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
