Join Accenture's Process Reinvention Hub (PRH), where we help organizations transform the way work gets done through process reinvention, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled transformation. You will work at the intersection of business consulting, process transformation, analytics, and innovation to drive measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives spanning process improvement, operating model redesign, data enablement, and AI-driven transformation.
• Conduct business assessments, process discovery workshops, root cause analysis, and future-state design sessions.
• Drive process transformation initiatives including process redesign, service delivery optimization, operating model improvements, and business process modernization.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to establish KPI frameworks, reporting requirements, performance measurement approaches, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Copilot, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes and workforce productivity.
• Manage client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement, executive communications, governance, and change management activities.
• Develop reusable methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, templates, and transformation assets that strengthen PRH capabilities.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, support talent development initiatives, and contribute to capability-building programs.
• Support business development, proposal creation, client presentations, opportunity qualification, and pursuit shaping activities.
• Drive delivery excellence by managing project risks, dependencies, timelines, quality, and value realization.

Manager (ML7)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of consulting, shared services, operations, business transformation, or industry experience.
• Experience leading business transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in one or more functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Shared Services, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10 to 15+ years of consulting, shared services, GCC, operations transformation, or large enterprise transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, executive sponsors, and cross-functional organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in growth, business development, pursuit shaping, and transformation solutioning.

Preferred Qualifications (Applicable to Both Levels)

• Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Experience with Process Mining tools, Power BI, Automation, AI, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in global consulting, shared services, GCC, or enterprise transformation environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable transformation strategies.
