プロセスエンジニア
<仕事内容>
製造プロセスの安定化、生産性向上、品質改善、安全性向上に向けた技術業務を担当いただきます。製造現場や関連部門と連携しながら、工程改善、設備導入・立上げ、歩留まり改善、原価低減などの課題解決を推進していただくポジションです。
経験やスキルに応じて担当領域をお任せし、将来的にはより広い視点で製造プロセスの最適化を担っていただくことを期待しています。
<主な業務内容>
· 製造工程の安定化、生産性向上、品質改善に関する技術支援
· 工程課題の抽出、原因分析、改善策の立案・実行
· 設備導入、工程設計、量産立上げのサポートまたは推進
· 歩留まり改善、生産性改善、コスト改善に向けた施策の実施
· 製造、品質、保全、サプライチェーン等の関連部門との連携
· 必要に応じたデータ分析、改善テーマの管理、推進
<応募資格>
必須要件
· 製造業における技術系業務、生産技術、工程改善、品質改善、設備技術のいずれかに関わる経験、またはそれに準ずる知識をお持ちの方
· 工学系の基礎知識をお持ちの方
· 関係者と連携しながら課題解決に取り組める方
歓迎要件
· プロセスエンジニア、生産技術、設備導入、量産立上げの経験
· 歩留まり改善、不良解析、品質向上に関する経験
· Lean、Six Sigma、統計解析などを活用した改善経験
· 自動化、省人化、デジタル活用による工程改善経験
· 英語を用いたメール、会議、資料作成等の経験
· 製造現場で課題発見から改善実行まで主体的に取り組んだ経験
