Partnering with engineers, architects, security leaders and business stakeholders, you’ll translate complex identity and security challenges into clear product priorities, measurable outcomes and reusable enterprise capabilities.
See yourself in our team
Group Security Technology designs and builds enterprise platforms and products across cyber, identity, fraud, protection and resilience.
The Identity Graph & Signals Engineering team is building the next generation of enterprise identity intelligence. The team develops graph-based identity capabilities, data platforms and services that connect identity information across the enterprise and transform it into trusted insights, real-time risk signals and automated security outcomes.
The team brings together identity data from enterprise systems and authoritative sources to model relationships across workforce, customer, machine and privileged identities. Through graph analytics, data analytics and AI, these capabilities help security, risk and engineering teams identify patterns, understand relationships and make better-informed decisions.
In this role, you will:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for identity graph, intelligence and signals capabilities.
- Translate security, risk and business needs into clear product outcomes, priorities and delivery plans.
- Prioritise capabilities based on user value, security impact, data quality, technical feasibility and enterprise reuse.
- Lead cross-functional delivery across identity, data, AI, security, architecture and platform engineering.
- Shape products that connect identity information and generate actionable signals from authentication, access, behavioural and operational data.
- Establish product measures and use data, evidence and stakeholder feedback to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
- Manage dependencies, risks and trade-offs across multiple workstreams while supporting sustainable platform development.
- Communicate roadmap progress, product performance, risks and strategic decisions to senior stakeholders.
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
You’re a strategic and technically minded product leader who can turn complex identity, data and security problems into clear priorities and valuable products. You communicate with clarity, build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams and balance strategic direction with delivery.
You’ll bring a combination of:
- Product ownership or technical programme leadership experience within a large, complex enterprise.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes for technical platforms or data products.
- An understanding of identity and access management, identity security or identity data platforms.
- Experience working with data platforms, APIs, distributed systems or cloud-native technology.
- Familiarity with data modelling, data quality, connected data or relationship-based capabilities.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong analytical judgement and the ability to use data and evidence to prioritise product decisions.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, risk and business teams.
Experience with graph technologies such as Amazon Neptune, Neo4j or TigerGraph would be highly regarded. Exposure to graph analytics, event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, security analytics, risk modelling, machine identity, privileged access, AI or machine learning would also be valuable.
