• Be the technical point of reference for CIOs, CDOs, and IT leaders, guiding data and AI architecture decisions at the C-level.
• Design and present target-state architecture visions (data foundation, integration, data governance, AI) aligned to the business, not just the technology.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical discovery, and "future state" sessions with cross-functional client teams.
• Hold technical conversations (integration, data, AI, security) and translate them into visual, value-driven narratives architecture diagrams, capability maps, roadmaps, that a CIO or a board can understand and sponsor in minutes.
• Use diagrams as an executive language: turn complex architectures into simple visuals that connect technology investment to business outcomes.

• Define reference architectures for integration, data management, and data quality, and enable AI on top of trustworthy data.
• Establish data governance, security, scalability, and observability patterns across the organization.
• Assess the current state (as-is) and build realistic roadmaps toward the target state (to-be), prioritized by business value.
