Now we're looking for an experienced recruiter to help shape the next chapter.

This isn't a desk that's been handed down through multiple consultants.

The Opportunity

We've identified a portfolio of approximately 200 boutique private equity and alternative investment firms across London.

Some are longstanding clients who trust us year after year.

Some are previous clients where relationships are ready to be reignited.

Many are firms we've identified as ideal prospects but haven't yet engaged with or engaged with consistently.

These businesses are often overlooked because larger clients naturally command more attention. Yet collectively they represent an enormous commercial opportunity. We're looking for someone to take ownership of this market.

You'll have access to warm relationships, established market credibility and the backing of one of the strongest brands in the sector. However, make no mistake, this is a build.

Success will come from developing relationships, creating opportunities, winning trust and becoming the go-to recruitment partner for this community.

For the right person, the long-term potential is significant, including future leadership and management responsibilities.

About You

You'll be an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of developing and growing client relationships.

We'd be particularly interested in speaking with recruiters who have experience placing business support professionals, especially Executive Assistants and other strategic support talent.

You'll likely bring:

• Strong business development capability and a genuine love of relationship-building
• Experience running a permanent recruitment desk
• A track record of winning and growing client accounts
• Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to balance multiple relationships across a broad client base
• Commercial confidence and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• A collaborative mindset aligned to team success

Experience recruiting into private equity, alternative investments or financial services would be highly advantageous, but it isn't essential. What matters most is your ability to build trusted relationships, spot potential and create momentum.
