Principal AI Architect / Agentic AI Engineer

Are you passionate about building the next generation of AI-powered experiences? We are looking for a Principal AI Architect / Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale conversational and agentic AI solutions.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with deep expertise in AI orchestration, LLM applications, and conversational platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design and architect Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build intelligent AI agents with orchestration, tool integrations, decision-making workflows, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
- Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications leveraging RAG, retrieval systems, and knowledge bases.
- Lead engineering design, architecture reviews, and technical delivery across AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
- Define best practices for AI governance, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI.
Must-Have Skills
✅ Experience designing and building AI, Agentic AI, or Conversational AI applications
✅ Strong experience with:
- Intent classification and NLU
- Agent orchestration and workflow automation
- API and tool integrations
- Human escalation workflows
- Enterprise application architecture
✅ Strong engineering, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
✅ Hands-on experience with modern software development and cloud-native architectures

- Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, AI Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead AI Engineer
- Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Copilot, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks
- Strong software engineering background with enterprise-scale systems
