As a Pricing & Marketing Specialist (w/m/d) at Atotech, the MKS brand, you will partner with Global Sales, After Sales, Product Management, Operations, Controlling, and regional business teams to develop and execute global pricing and marketing strategies for spare parts and service offerings. You will play a key role in driving profitable growth, optimizing pricing structures, enhancing market competitiveness, and supporting the global aftermarket business through data-driven insights and strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will report to the Global Product Manager - After Sales & Service.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Conducting global market, competitor, and customer analyses for spare parts and services and translating findings into pricing recommendations and pricing strategies.
• Coordinating and evaluating worldwide market and customer feedback related to pricing, service offerings, and spare parts.
• Developing, maintaining, and continuously optimizing global spare parts price lists in close collaboration with the Global Product Manager - After Sales & Service.
• Monitoring spare parts material cost developments and partnering with Controlling and Operations to support pricing and profitability decisions.
• Developing and implementing global marketing activities for service and spare parts, including marketing campaigns, sales tools, and promotional materials.
• Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through KPI tracking, performance reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
• Supporting product launches, market positioning activities, and communication strategies.
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional projects while working closely with Sales, After Sales, Product Management, Global Sales Management, and leadership teams.
• Creating, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinating intellectual property protection activities and supporting the enforcement of IP rights in collaboration with Patent and local business teams.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related commercial discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in marketing, pricing, sales, controlling, business analytics, or a related commercial function.
• Proven experience in market analysis, pricing strategy development, and commercial decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high affinity for numbers and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
