As a Child Care Teacher, you'll play a vital role in fostering children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and want to build a rewarding career working with young children. Requirements & Responsibilities

This is an entry-level position for candidates passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children.

Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or other education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Teaching, or a related field.

Current First Aid, Adult/Child/Infant CPR, and AED certification required (or ability to obtain). Must pass required background checks, TB test, and obtain a Food Handler Permit.

One to two years of experience working with children ages birth to six years required.

Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.

Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Adapt learning experiences to meet the individual needs of each child and encourage positive social interactions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom while ensuring active supervision at all times.

Collaborate with families and team members to support child development and maintain effective communication.

Schedule

Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Start and end times may vary based on classroom needs and program requirements.

Year-round program operating on a 247-day calendar.

Flexibility to support classroom coverage and changing program needs is expected.
