We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant to support the sales lifecycle by understanding client requirements, developing tailored solutions, and working closely with sales and technical teams to drive successful deal closures.

The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing experience in software services or SaaS environments, along with the ability to translate business challenges into compelling technology solutions. Experience with AI-driven initiatives and digital transformation projects will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial discovery and qualification through proposal and closure.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, challenges, and expected outcomes.
• Develop and present tailored solution approaches aligned with customer needs.
• Prepare solution presentations, proposals, demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and other presales collateral.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility, scope, timelines, and implementation requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, solution presentations, and technical discussions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support sales teams in addressing client objections, developing solution strategies, and progressing opportunities toward closure.
• Contribute to solution estimation, commercial discussions, and scope definition where required.
• Stay informed about SaaS, AI, digital transformation, and emerging technology trends relevant to customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders throughout the presales process.
• Capture customer feedback and market insights to support improvements in offerings, solutions, and sales strategies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a related role.
• Strong experience in client-facing roles within software services or SaaS organizations.
• Proven track record of supporting, influencing, or contributing to successful deal closures.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to align them with business requirements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
