Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Presales Consultant to join our growing Product Experience Management (PXM) team in France.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, consumer goods or manufacturing business processes, with experience in areas such as Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Experience Management (PXM), e-commerce, merchandising or digital transformation. Experience from either a software vendor, systems integrator or an end-user environment is welcome.

About the Team
The Centric PXM Presales team partners with prospective customers across France and Southern Europe, helping organisations transform the way they manage, enrich and distribute product content across every customer touchpoint.

The team works closely with Sales, Product Management and Customer Success to deliver compelling demonstrations, solution designs and business value presentations. The role is home-based in France with occasional travel to customer sites and company events.

What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with prospective customers to understand their business challenges, objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
• Configure the PXM solution and prepare demonstration environments that showcase relevant business scenarios.
• Support the preparation of RFP responses, proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Clearly articulate the business value and competitive advantages of Centric’s PXM solution.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects, customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management and Professional Services to ensure successful customer engagements.
• Stay up to date with new product capabilities, market trends and customer use cases.

What You Bring

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
• Strong understanding of retail, consumer goods, manufacturing or e-commerce business processes.
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Experience Management (PXM), Master Data Management (MDM) or related technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the confidence to engage audiences ranging from end users to C-level executives.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• A consultative mindset with strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Added Bonus

• Experience with Contentserv, Akeneo, Salsify, inRiver, Stibo Systems or similar PIM/PXM platforms.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento) or SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM or DAM integrations.
• Experience with APIs, data modelling, product taxonomy or data syndication.
• Understanding of omnichannel commerce and digital product content strategies.
