Job Description

The Presales Business Manager Intern assists with the development and implementation of the presale process for public safety solutions. Candidates will coordinate departmental and cross functional teams, focused on delivering accurate and timely proposals. Presales Business Manager interns will assist projects from identification of the presale opportunity and proposal inception to transition of the project to the post-sale team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are completed on time and in conformance with relevant requirements.
• Working with the other business groups, these key individuals are responsible for identifying upcoming opportunities, evaluating requirements, identifying specific statements of work, producing detailed project schedules, and ensuring the proposed customer solution will be implemented with the best possible strategy.
• May assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.
• Assist on time-saving AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027. Returning to school in the Fall of 2027.
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment
• Experience working with customers desirable

Location/Travel:

• This role requires a hybrid schedule in Allen, TX.
