Praktikant (m/w/d) Fachinformatik Daten- und ProzessanalyseSummary:
Das Analytical Labor entwickelt moderne, digitale und automatisierte Lösungen zur Unterstützung globaler Analyseprozesse. Im Rahmen dieses Pflichtpraktikums erhalten Studierende die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Automatisierung von NMR-Datenverarbeitungsprozessen mitzuwirken.Im Mittelpunkt steht die Weiterentwicklung von IT-Workflows, die eine vollautomatische Auswertung von NMR Spektren ermöglichen – einschließlich Datenimport, Vorverarbeitung, Peak Detection, Reporting und Integration in bestehende Systeme.
Das Praktikum ist ideal um Kenntnisse in Datenverarbeitung, Softwareentwicklung, Automatisierung oder wissenschaftlicher IT praktisch anzuwenden. Es umfasst ausschließlich IT bezogene Tätigkeiten ohne jeglichen Kontakt mit Chemikalien oder Laborarbeiten mit Gefahrstoffen.
Responsibilities Include:
- Automatisierung von Analyseprozessen:
Weiterentwicklung von Skripten, Tools und Pipelines zur automatisierten Auswertung von NMR‑Spektren (z. B. Python‑basierte Automationsworkflows). - Software‑ und Workflowoptimierung:
Analyse bestehender digitaler Prozesse und Entwicklung neuer Lösungen, z. B. für Batch‑Verarbeitung, automatisierte Qualitätssicherung oder Datenvalidierung. - Datenmanagement & Schnittstellenentwicklung:
Strukturierung großer Datenmengen, Entwicklung oder Optimierung von Schnittstellen zu Datenbanken oder Laborinformationssystemen (LIMS). - Analyse & Troubleshooting von Automationsprozessen:
Identifikation von Prozessschwachstellen, Verbesserung der Performance oder Stabilität bestehender Auswertungsroutinen. - Mitwirkung an digitalen NMR‑Projekten:
Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Digitalisierung, Standardisierung und Harmonisierung globaler analytischer Workflows. - Dokumentation:
Erstellung von technischen Beschreibungen, User‑Guides oder Prozessdokumentationen.
Wichtig:
Alle Tätigkeiten erfolgen ohne physische Laborarbeit und ohne Kontakt mit Chemikalien. Die Arbeit findet zwar im Labor statt, aber komplett in der IT‑/Datenumgebung
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in Informatik, Data Science, Chemoinformatik, Physik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Teilnahme an einer Bildungsmaßnahme im entsprechenden Fachbereich
- Pflichtpraktikumsnachweis der Hochschule bzw. Bildungseinrichtung
- Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, R)
- Interesse an Datenverarbeitung, Automatisierung und digitalen Laborprozessen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Freude an Problemlösung und Prozessoptimierung
- Gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
