Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses. Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- 本科或硕士学历，机械/工程/电气/供应链管理等相关专业
- 流利的英语听说读写能力，熟悉微软办公软件，会数据分析/AI者优先
- 良好的分析能力和跨部门沟通能力，可对接生产、工程、研发、海外采购、供应商等多方协调
- 抗压能力强，能够应对紧急交付、停线风险等突发供应链问题，做事细致严谨
- 有制造业供应链、采购、物料计划，或工程、研发、质量等实习经历优先
Qualifications for the role
- 参与制定和执行相关品类物料的采购策略，包括甄选和开发新供应商，优化供应商库等
- 与研发部、工程部及质量部门紧密协作，高效管理所负责零部件的开发进程，确保符合ABB质量标准及项目时间节点；同时主动推动设计优化方案实施，降低采购成本
- 与计划实施团队密切合作，支持产能计划和可扩展性/灵活性计划，并与质量部门合作提高供应商绩效
- 建立、跟进和推动成本节约行动的实施，以实现所负责采购品类的年度成本节约目标
- 持续优化供应链，配合团队落地供应链降本项目，重点缩短交货时间和优化物流流程，降低总成本
