This is a term position; length of the term will be discussed during the interview process. Continuation past the term length discussed will be based on university need, performance, and/or availability of funding.
POSITION SPECIFICS
Dr. Aron Laszka ([email protected]) in the College of Information Sciences and Technology is hiring a Postdoctoral Scholar in artificial intelligence and algorithmic techniques for transit services.
The ideal candidate has experience with public transportation services, control and optimization techniques, and working with community partners. Responsibilities include leading research thrusts within federally funded research projects, working together with project partners, implementing and conducting experiments, advising students on research, and publishing research results.
Education required: Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields required before start date.
