We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Administration Assistant to support administrative and documentation activities within our insurance operations team.

This role is responsible for reviewing policy documentation for completeness, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in agency management systems, and assisting with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. The position is highly process-driven and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency.

The ideal candidate is dependable, methodical, and comfortable working with structured tasks and documentation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or associate’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience in administrative support or office environment.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar tools).

Familiarity with database or system entry.

Experience handling documentation or records.
