What You’ll Do

As a PMO I, you’ll be part of our Industrial Solutions team located in Taichung. You’ll get to:

• Lead and manage programs to support the Industrial Solutions business portfolios globally, aligning with business goals.
• Develop and maintain specific hand tool projects within the Industrial Solution portfolio project roadmap.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and meeting quality requirements.
• Continually assess the strategic value of projects within the portfolio.
• Provide strong leadership and expertise to ensure expectations are met for each managed program.

• Minimum of 3 years in leading and managing programs or projects in a global market.

• Strong design experience as a design engineer and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and matrix environment.
