We are looking for an IT Consultant, Product Information Management to join us for an 18-month fixed term contract.

Your future team:  

We are looking for an IT Consultant, that would join our Product Information Management Team, work in a DevOps setup, on a digital product in a product information management domain. The position is anchored in ROCKWOOL Digital - Web Applications and API Services Department - the department is responsible for delivering best value in web applications for our internal and external clients.

As our new IT Consultant you will join an organized product team of 6 colleagues (other consultants, developers, tester and product owner).

Your activities will be mostly related with building, developing and supporting ROCKWOOL PIM solution, collaboration within the team, as well as other teams and users/clients in business.

What you will be doing: 

You will be responsible for building responsive web applications and contribute to the future-ready, high quality and performance code base.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Providing support to users of a PIM system – including solving issues, executing request. 
  • Performing configuration tasks in system, editing content of product information, 
  • Requirements Definition - scoping, detailing requirements and business priority-setting for change initiatives,
  • Problem management. Ensuring the appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate, resolve problems in the system, 
  • Change Management. Work with requests for change to assess, analyse, document and implement or coordinate the development, 
  • Cooperation and coordination of development work with internal teams and vendors. 
  • Supporting onboarding processes & managing the actions needed to be taken, in cooperation to users to gather feedback for specific topics. 
  • Migration and training for Super Users in the new support system; 
  • Communication towards business users, management, developers and other Digital Teams when needed; 
  • Supporting PIM users with performing product updates (including translations) and recommending best solutions for their tasks. 

What you bring:  

  • Experience in product information system,  
    • InRiver PIM would be an asset, 
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, working with Agile methodologies; 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, 
  • Customer service/relationship focus, 
  • Hands on experience in using AI tools in daily work, 
  • Fluently communicating in English (verbally and in writing), 
  • Very good communication skills, cooperation in the team. 
  • Ability to easily change direction based on lessons learnt or changed circumstances (adaptability), 
  • Initiative and ability to work without a close supervision, 
  • Internal drive for excellence, 
  • A positive can-do attitude.
