Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinic in Centennial, Colorado, one of 12 clinics in an independent private practice in the Centennial area.

Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- ANCC or AANP Certification
- Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
