Education:
▪ Required: Bachelors in Pharmacy - Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of Pharmacy
▪ Preferred: Doctorate of Pharmacy - Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
Experience:

▪ Preferred: 2 years healthcare setting or equivalent residency training

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
▪ Required: Registered with Missouri Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacist
▪ Eligibility for licensure requires submission of application for Pharmacy License at time of hire
