At Kogan.com, we're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own our paid social strategy end to end — planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Performance Marketing, this is a hands-on role for someone with deep Meta expertise and strong analytical instincts, ready to make an impact at a fast-growing Australian eCommerce brand.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
Own and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, aligned to business goals and the promotional calendar.
Act as our in-house Meta advertising expert, owning campaign architecture, audience strategy, and creative best practice while staying ahead of platform updates.
Build and manage audience strategies — custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and exclusions — plus product catalogue and dynamic shopping campaigns.
Own campaign budgets and pacing, optimising spend across platforms to maximise ROAS.
Turn performance data into clear insights and recommendations, reporting regularly to senior management.
Brief and collaborate with the design team on creative, testing and iterating to keep assets fresh and on-offer.
Guide a Performance Marketing Coordinator on day-to-day execution, while working cross-functionally with Creative, IT, and DevOps.
To be successful in this role, you should be:
Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience managing paid social campaigns end to end, with strong hands-on expertise in Meta advertising.
Working knowledge of other paid social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or LinkedIn.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Experience managing budgets and pacing spend to hit performance targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable sharing insights with senior stakeholders.
The ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities without dropping quality or deadlines.
Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines, while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
Adept at managing marketing budgets and forecasting ROI across channels.
An excellent communicator, confident in presenting insights and strategies to senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
A proactive team leader with experience mentoring others while also being hands-on in delivery.
