Role Overview:

As People Partner, you act as a strategic internal partner to our managers and employees in your region. You bring local expertise to advise, coach and support them, in line with our ambition to become a true leader in software and payments solutions.

What you will do:

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees and act as a sparring partner on all operational and strategic HR matters.
• Support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Implement global and central HR measures, policies and processes locally, in line with local legal, contractual and personnel requirements.
• Make sure HR processes and methodologies are clearly communicated, understood and applied.
• Handle disciplinary and employee relations matters, such as warnings and redundancies.
• Work closely with other local HR teams, Global HR and central HR Services.

Who you are:

• 5 years of proven experience as an HR administrator or generalist, or in a similar HR role.
• Solid knowledge of local labour law and employment practices.
• Experience with HRIS / ATS. Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proactive and creative, keen to propose solutions.
• Team player.
