At Finout, we believe great employee experiences are built through the small things as much as the big ones. We're looking for a People Operations Specialist who loves people, takes ownership, and is excited about using technology and AI to make HR smarter, simpler, and more scalable.

You'll be part of our HR team, working closely with employees and managers across Israel, the US, and the UK. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the human side of HR and the operational details that make everything work. You'll report to the VP HR and own our global people operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.

What you'll do

• Own the employee journey: Manage onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, leaves, and other employee lifecycle processes from start to finish.

• Keep our people operations running: Maintain accurate employee records, documents, and workflows in HiBob and other HR systems.

• Be the go-to person: Support employees with HR-related questions, benefits, documents, and day-to-day people processes

• Coordinate global payroll: Own the HR side of payroll coordination across Israel and the US, ensuring that new hire information, approved compensation changes, employee status changes, leaves, and terminations are accurately documented and communicated to Finance on time. Partner with Finance and external payroll providers to resolve employee-related questions and ensure a smooth payroll process, while Finance owns payroll calculations, processing, and payments.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes : including sourcing, candidate screening, and working closely with hiring managers.

• Own employee benefits: Manage employee benefits processes across Israel and the US, with particular ownership of US employee benefits. Coordinate enrollments, changes, life events, and terminations with external providers, support employees with benefits-related questions, and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

• Bring technology into HR: Explore and implement new tools, AI-powered workflows, and automations that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and create a better employee experience.

• Think beyond the process: Identify gaps, challenge existing ways of working, and proactively suggest smarter, more scalable solutions.

• Work across borders: Partner with employees, managers, Finance, Operations, IT, and external providers across Israel and the US.

• Ability to balance recruiting responsibilities with ongoing People Operations ownership, adapting to the company's hiring priorities.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.

• Experience owning employee lifecycle processes independently.( hire to retire )

• A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and AI, with curiosity to explore new tools and apply them to real business challenges.

• A proactive, tech-savvy mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Experience working with global teams, including the US market, and an understanding of the cultural and operational differences involved.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a very high professional level.

• Experience coordinating payroll-related employee data and changes across multiple countries, working closely with Finance and external payroll providers..

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing the human touch.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for employee experience.

• Experience with HR systems; HiBob is a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience with US employee benefits administration, including enrollments, employee changes, and coordination with benefits providers is a plus.

• Recruiting experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
