Sobre esta vaga de People Operations Coordinator na Montu UK
What is the job?
Ready to be part of a fast-growing business where no two days look the same? We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised and solutions-focused People Operations Coordinator to support our growing teams and help deliver a brilliant employee experience across the business.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role sitting at the heart of our People function. You’ll support the day-to-day delivery of People Operations, working closely with managers and teams across the business. From onboarding and systems administration to employee lifecycle processes, you’ll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly and helping us scale effectively.
You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, managing changing priorities and using your judgement to find practical solutions. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just identify a problem, but takes ownership of working through it and getting it resolved.
Experience within healthcare or another regulated environment would be beneficial, but it is not essential. What matters most is your ability to stay organised, think on your feet and deliver accurate, high-quality work in a fast-moving business.
What will you be doing?
Support the day-to-day running of the People function across the full employee lifecycle
Coordinate onboarding activities for new starters, ensuring a smooth and organised experience from offer through to induction
Ensure onboarding documentation, right to work checks, training records and compliance processes are completed accurately and within the required timelines
Maintain accurate employee records across our HR systems and internal trackers
Support with People administration, including contract generation, employee changes, probation documentation and offboarding processes
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely, professional and solutions-focused support
Coordinate People processes, including probation reviews, training records, employee communications and engagement initiatives
Support managers and the wider People team with administrative and operational requirements
Maintain People policies, process documents and internal guidance materials
Support reporting, data tracking and audits to ensure accurate records and strong compliance standards
Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver a positive and efficient employee experience
Take ownership of operational issues, investigating the cause and identifying practical solutions
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce unnecessary administration and increase operational efficiency as the business grows
What do you need?
Previous experience within a People Operations, HR administration or coordination role
Strong practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess an issue, use your judgement and identify workable solutions
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to take ownership of tasks through to completion
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities can change quickly
Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong administrative and coordination skills with excellent follow-through
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
A calm, approachable and responsive manner when supporting employees and managers
The confidence to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate an issue
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Confidence using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
Experience using HiBob would be advantageous, but is not essential
Experience within healthcare or another regulated, high-growth environment would be beneficial, but is not essential
