Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a People Delivery Partner SEA to join our ever-evolving People, Culture and Change (PCC) team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

• Deliver exceptional HR support across the employee lifecycle for employees and managers in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, helping to deliver a consistent, compliant, and employee-centric experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Partner with key stakeholders across the PCC function and the broader business to deliver people processes accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with local requirements.

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle matters - including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and employee data changes, while connecting employees and managers with the appropriate subject matter experts and support teams as needed.

• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvement opportunities, leveraging HR systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• As local PCC contact for employee relations matters, including performance concerns, grievances, policy interpretation, and workplace issues, escalating complex cases where appropriate.

• Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice on people matters including performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational changes.

• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies, proactively identifying and mitigating people-related risks.

• Deliver and support the delivery of global, regional, and country-specific people initiatives and programs, including employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, talent, and organizational change activities, as well as people manager briefings, focus groups, and workshops.

What you'll bring

• 5 – 10 years of experience in HR Generalist roles supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

• Prior experience supporting employees and managers across SEA markets (i.e., Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand), with a strong understanding of local employment practices and statutory requirements, is essential.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across regional and global teams.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Experience utilizing HR systems (e.g. Workday) to support efficient people processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience supporting HR transformation initiatives, poor performance management, organizational change, process optimization, or global and regional people programs will be an added advantage.
