Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a deeply curious and technically strong Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics & Insights to transform Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and labor market data into a unified strategic analytics function within Power BI. In this role, you will operate as a blend of data analyst, storyteller, and strategic partner, building scalable reporting solutions and translating complex datasets into executive-ready insights that guide global workforce and hiring decisions.

As a senior member of the team, you will own the data narrative for workforce and talent strategy, helping leaders move beyond reporting what happened to understanding why it happened and what actions to take next. By connecting insights across HR systems, recruiting platforms, and labor market intelligence, your work will drive informed hiring, workforce planning, and talent investment decisions through clear, reliable, and actionable data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver integrated workforce, recruiting, and business insights by combining HR, talent, operational, financial, and external labor market data into executive-ready reporting, analytics, and strategic narratives.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards, data models, reporting frameworks, automated pipelines, and analytics solutions that improve decision-making efficiency, visibility, and business outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, and business leaders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and a complete view of organizational performance.
  • Develop enterprise reporting, data extracts, and analytics capabilities that support workforce planning, recruiting effectiveness, organizational health, and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to support Snowflake integrations, data governance, and scalable workforce analytics infrastructure.
  • Perform advanced statistical, trend, and predictive analyses to identify workforce risks, hiring challenges, attrition drivers, talent gaps, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions that help leaders anticipate hiring demand, retention challenges, organizational changes, workforce needs, and labor market shifts.
  • Analyze labor market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support global hiring strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Create executive presentations, scorecards, and compelling data-driven stories that communicate insights, recommendations, business impacts, and emerging trends while fostering a data-driven culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or related data and business intelligence functions within complex or global organizations.
  • Proven experience translating complex, multi-source datasets into actionable insights, executive-level narratives, business recommendations, and strategic decision support.
  • 3+ years of experience developing advanced dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and/or Sigma, including data modeling, calculations, semantic layers, and row-level security.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and HRIS/HCM reporting, with experience querying, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience performing analytical research, trend analysis, root cause analysis, workforce planning analysis, and predictive analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and future workforce outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leveraging AI and LLM-based tools to enhance analytics, insight generation, and business decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms, recruiting analytics methodologies, and workforce planning processes.
  • Experience leveraging labor market intelligence platforms, compensation benchmarking data, and competitive talent insights to support hiring and workforce strategies.
  • Experience using Python, R, Snowflake, and modern data architectures to support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, automation, and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Experience developing predictive analytics, workforce forecasting, attrition modeling, hiring demand forecasting, scenario planning, and other data-driven decision support solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workforce and recruiting metrics, including headcount, turnover, hiring funnel performance, workforce movement, talent acquisition effectiveness, and organizational health indicators.
  • Experience applying advanced analytics, machine learning, AI-enabled insight generation, and executive storytelling to create strategic recommendations by integrating workforce, recruiting, operational, and financial data, with knowledge of HR data governance and privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
