The role:

As a PC Line Operator FTC, you will help drive our goals by:

• Always adheres to safety standards

• Identifies opportunities to improve safety
• To carry out standard operations effectively in a safe manner to a high-quality standard.  E.g. loading / unloading, inspecting and packing.
• Checks quality of work according to JM and customer specifications.
• Accountable for following standard processes to complete tasks.
• Escalates issues to ensure a timely resolution.
• Identifies and escalates opportunities for improvement.
• Supports CAPS implementation, as part of this using lean tools such a problem solving and 5S.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and the implementation of best practice principles, to enhance performance and operations.
• Supports in the training of other Operators.
• Operate equipment and machinery in a manner that minimizes energy consumption without compromising productivity and quality.
• Actively participate in energy conservation projects or Kaizen activities.
• Focuses on daily assignments.
• Works within relevant operational area, with exposure to other manufacturing areas.
• Working on both PC & MPC Line as needed

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Works in accordance with procedures and rules
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in computer usage.
• Worked at least 2 Year on Temp role in JM or 1 Year JM role or ITI- 4 Years in Mechanical/Automobile/Chemical
• Knowledge of PC/MPC Coating Process
